You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders with pre-ordered items will be shipped within 3 days of their scheduled release.

- How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
